My service includes the following:

  1. A thorough Property Documentation leading to the creation of:
    1. a bespoke dashboard  that allows me (or you) to manage repairs and allow you to monitor their current state
    2. a bespoke app for tenants that provides the property’s safety information and allows them to report any kind of problem
    3. a comprehensive Property User Manual that covers all your utilities, for use by maintenance contractors, tenants and you the landlord
    4. a Tenant Guide website that enables tenants to check on the responsibilities associated with living in the property and provides the critical information that landlords must supply their tenants in order to remain compliant with HMO licensing regulations.
  2. Tenant Management (ongoing monitoring and management of Tenants and HMO Compliance via dashboards).
  3. In addition, I am also able to offer advice and guidance based on my 20 years’ experience as an HMO landlord.
